I have partnered with Lyn Des Marais, owner of the Swallow’s Nest Guest House here in Brandon, for the summer/fall of 2018.

We are doing “Classic Vermont Country Cookin’ ” here in Brandon. Each program will include at least 7 hands-on classes and several tastings. We will visit and work with an artisanal cheesemaker, a local baker, farms, farmers, farmers’ markets, a maple sugar house, berry patches, brewers, and beekeepers.

All meals are included in the package and our last dinner will be outdoors in the field overlooking the conservation land at Lyn’s 1200-acre farm!
