Large, Quiet, and Cozy
The Irene (the Tropical Room)
This room is named after my mother as her favorite color was green, she loved flowers and the tropical setting of Florida. She lived in Florida for over 30 years. The spacious room has a Canopy Queen bed, two leather wing-back heating/massaging chairs, two nightstands, a large dresser with a tv, a free-standing coat rack as well as a wall mounted coat rack.
The en suite bathroom is peach with some flowered ceramic tiles. It has a walk-in shower and a pedestal sink. The room décor is of tropical paintings and has one of my mother’s favorite paintings hanging on the wall in front of the bed. The room is painted a lovely geranium green which contrasts nicely with the dark chestnut-colored furniture. This room is at the back of the house, it is large, quiet, and cozy.
